The Rockingham Forge Ashwood 20cm Carving Knife is a professional grade knife with a balanced, versatile, and durable blade. The knife has a German steel blade which has been ice hardened from high quality chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel for lasting sharpness and improved rust resistance.
Blade finished with a traditional hammered effect – creating air pockets when cutting food, resulting in a non-stick steel surface.
The Ashwood handle has a gentle curve designed to fit the hand better and is highly resistant over time. Features heat-treated carbonized Ashwood for a tough, natural handle with 3 strong steel rivets. Forged bolster for perfect balance and precision in use.
