Description
The STAUB wok turner has the perfect form for use in a wok and makes handling meat and vegetables easy. The shape of the head allows for more food to be handled at the same time.
Its black matte silicone is safe to use on non-stick surfaces and enamelled cast-iron, and is very heat resistant, which is especially important when stir-frying ingredients in the intense heat of a wok. The ergonomic handle is made from beautiful acacia wood and has the perfect length for use in our woks.
Of course, the wok turner can also be used in frying pans or Cocottes. It is part of the new STAUB utensils series that completes our range of cookware and can be used for cooking and serving.
