The MAC Chef Series Boning Knife has a high carbon Chrome Molybdenum Vanadium steel blade that’s tough enough to cut through meat, vegetables, and fish without a lot of effort. It also has a 15° blade angle that makes it easy to slice, dice, and chop with less stress on your hand and arm.
The blade is completely tapered from the spine to the edge, creating a V-shaped blade that glides through cuts with ease.
The knife is balanced for optimal weight distribution and has an ergonomic Pakkawood handle that looks like natural wood but lasts much longer than other handles on knives of this size. It also comes with a 25-year warranty and features 57-61 Rockwell hardness for added durability.
