Description
The Edonist collection, designed by Andrew Stokes, features an elegant, arched design with organic lines, a massive guard and a high blade heel. The Edonist is a fully forged knife, which means that the blade, bolster and tang are all heated and forged from a single bar of nitrogen-enriched 4116N steel, with an HRC of 58-60. The hand-polished, pearl-white ABS handle with two stainless steel studs is designed to hold the knife in different positions and is very comfortable in the hand.
