This knife with its Rockwell hardness of 58° (the same as a Global knife) is perfect for cutting, chopping, dicing or mincing ingredients in the kitchen. You can use it to prepare your favorite dishes or slice through vegetables or fruit. It’s not suitable for dishwashing - hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent, rinse, dry immediately and store safely.
