Description
The Lion Sabatier® Edonist knife is designed to provide a lifetime of use and the ultimate in blade performance. This 3-piece knife set is made from high quality N4116 Nitro+ steel. The knives are forged in Thiers, France and finished by hand, resulting in an excellent sharpness and edge retention. The contemporary modern styling complements any kitchen, dining room or work station. Hand finished and polished to a Rockwell hardness of 58° (this is the same as a Global knife). Not suitable for dishwashing - hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent, rinse, dry immediately and store safely.
