The Lion Sabatier® Edonist 2pce Fish Preparation Set is a two piece set which includes a knife and tweezers, allowing you to prepare and slice your own fish fillets, as well as debone and cut different types of meats, fruits and vegetables.
The high-quality steel is forged into a single piece from start to finish, giving the knife exceptional strength and durability. You'll have no trouble slicing through bone or tough meat with this knife.
The blade has been hand finished with a Rockwell hardness of 58° (this is the same as a Global knife), making it exceptionally sharp.
The cutting edge has been honed to perfection using diamond stones so that you can effortlessly slice through any food.
