Global's handcrafted knives are designed by Komin Yamada and are made from a blend of high quality stainless steel that is hard enough to hold a sharp edge but soft enough to offer flex to the blade for ultimate cutting performance.
To keep the items in this set in the best condition possible, they should be washed after each use with warm water and a light detergent. They should never be submerged in water or cleaned in the dishwasher.
