Wüsthof Gourmet is an extensive series of kitchen knives with a good price-quality ratio. The knives are cut from stainless steel plates with a precision laser. The production method is cheaper than forging and delivers very good kitchen knives when the appropriate steel is used. The handles are made from one piece of polypropylene and are comfortable to hold.
