The Edonist collection, designed by knife designer Andrew Stokes, features an elegant arched design made of organic lines and a massive guard & high blade heel. Edonist is a fully forged knives meaning that the blade the bolster and the tang are all heated and forged from a single rod of 4116N nitrogen enriched steel benefiting from a 58-60 HRC. The hand polished Pearl white ABS handle, with 2 stainless steel nails, is shaped to hold knife in different position and very comfortable in hand.
