The Ideal collection, was designed by a family of French master cutlers named Sabatier®, it consists of a triangular blade, a rounded bolster, a handle with 3 rivets and a beak heel. Ideal is a fully forged knife, meaning the blade, bolster and tang are all heated and forged from a single rod of 4116N nitrogen enriched steel boasting a 58-60 HRC . The hand-polished POM handle with 3 stainless steel rivets is highly appreciated by renowned Chefs as well as cooking enthusiasts.
