To check the status of parcel deliveries, simply log onto our website and access any tracking via your order history, in the my account section. Alternatively you can download the DPD app. We continue to deliver to over 130 countries.

Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Public Health England have said that there’s no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages. This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water.

Deliveries are currently on time but this may change. Our carriers will contact customers who are affected on a case-by-case basis. More significant updates will be posted online. Please check our website for the latest information. We will also continue to connect with our customers through our social channels.

We are also delighted to announce our newly launched London Store The Sharpening Shed will open its doors again from Wednesday 2nd December for all your Knife and Sharpening needs with a personal touch. Details of The Sharpening Shed opening times and location can be found HERE.

I can’t express enough, how immensely grateful I am to all of our colleagues for everything that they have done and continue to do.
