SAI-S01 Paring Knife

The SAI-S01 9cm is a small paring knives that can be compared to the GS-36 in the classic Global line. The knife is made for small kitchen tasks, such as peeling vegetables or cutting up fruit. Global SAI produce two 9cm paring knives, the other being the SAI-F01.
