Delivery Information
All bladed products are not for sale to people under the age of 18. A signature will be required on delivery.
As a responsible supplier of knives, by placing an order on our website for a bladed product you must declare that you are 18 years of age or over at the checkout process, by entering your date of Birth. These items must be used responsibly and appropriately.
The Delivery of any bladed age restricted item can only be delivered to the address on the shipping label, but this can include the reception of a commercial building. A signature of the recipient will be required upon delivery. We adopt a 'Challenge 25' approach to delivery of age restricted products. Photo identification will be required if a person appears under 25, to prove that they are over 18 years old. An age restricted item can be delivered to another adult over the age of 18 at the same address. Delivery to a neighbour or nominated safe place location is not available for these items. If an adult over the age 18 is not available at the address, or if an adult has not been able to show valid photo identification under the Challenge 25 approach', the item will be returned to us for re-delivery the following day. Accepted forms of ID are- Passport, Driver’s license or a Citizens card. Please be aware that if identification cannot be produced at the point of delivery then the driver will not deliver your parcel.
Easter Deliveries
Our team will be taking a well earned rest over the Easter bank holiday weekend, the last date for delivery in time for Easter is Wednesday 27th before 3pm. Items must have a lead time of Next Day for us to fulfill the delivery in time. Any orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday the 27th will be processed and delivered after the bank holiday weekend.
UK Delivery
Your item will be delivered direct to you from our UK warehouse and the lead time on your product will be as featured on the individual product page. On the rare occasion where delivery from our stock isn't possible shipment will be arranged to come directly from the manufacturer. In such cases, you will be contacted before your order is completed to advise of any possible delays.
Delivery times are given as best estimates however this is subject to stock availability at the time of order and may be impacted during peak periods of operation. If an order is placed for multiple items the lead time for the overall delivery will be based on the item with the longest lead time.
The lead time of standard delivery will be as per the details on the individual product page.
A number of products are available on Next Day delivery. All items in the order must show Next Day delivery on the product page for this option to be available at check out. If multiple items are ordered the lead time for the overall delivery will be based on the item with the longest lead time and Next Day delivery will not be available on the overall order.
When applicable Next Day delivery is only available on UK mainland orders and the postcodes below are not available for our Next Day Delivery service. To qualify for next working day delivery the order must be received by 3pm Monday to Thursday and by 1pm on Fridays. Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed on the Monday afterwards for delivery Tuesday.
Working days are Monday - Friday.
Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available on Next Day Delivery items only and this must be selected as your delivery option at the basket or checkout. Deliveries are not available on any items with a longer lead time i.e 2-3 working days. All items in your basket must be Next Day Delivery to qualify for weekend delivery, any items with a longer delivery lead time should be ordered separately to avoid any delays on Next Day Delivery items. Please note all lead times on products are based on the order meeting our Age Verification requirements. We are unable to dispatch any orders until we have a positive verification of the purchaser being over 18. If you have ordered a product on Next Day Delivery and we are unable to verify your age before our delivery cut off time, the item will not be shipped on a next day service. The delivery charge for orders under £50 is £5.99 for standard delivery.
